This was such a beautiful, welcoming place. We were amazed by the smells, the ambience, the feel of the place. It was really a lovely experience to get away to a far away land without leaving the city.
The traffic noise was the only part of the experience that didn't fit. Everything else was perfect.
Is this place even in South Africa?! Gorgeous property, delicious food, and such good service (thanks Joehan and Richard). Will definitely visit again!
We loved the colours and the ambience, food was incredible and the staff incredibly welcoming and helpful.
The proximity to the main road brought a bit of noise into the room, and the rooms would benefit from blackout curtains
The welcome we received from Johan and Louise were absolutely superb. Johan served us with a delicious Moroccon welcoming tea and biscuits and even took the time to have a chat with us; we felt like royalty. Lovely experience. A lot of thought must have gone into the design of the rooms - anything you may need is there, including a mini-kitchen with coffee, fridge, complimentary refreshments, etc. Dinner was great, very romantic as we were all alone in the atrium with a fireplace. Nothing - the only grumble was noisy guests in another room coming in at 2am but cannot hold this against the guest house.Read more
