The location is really amazing, the view from the terrace is great. The host is a very nice guy who has designed the place very thoughtfully, taking into consideration every need of the guest. The home cooked meal was also delicious. I would for sure recommend it to anyone travelling to Divar Island!
The Property was well maintained. Very peaceful and scenic . I am in love with the Balcao. It's an Home stay. The owner Upgraded our room for no extra cost Food and Drinks are available in the Kitchen which was served by paying a little more than MRP. The caretaker Lady Maria is too sweet. Though I didn't had any food . But she spoke to me about things which she can make mainly Goan cuisine.
The Owner talks a Lot. He was continuously following me during check-in. Which I feel is unnecessary.
Overall a very good place with good delicious Goan food and the owner is also cool
I liked everything from the rate of the property, it is affordable and worth more than the pricing and I am not exaggerating, to the property itself . Host was a wonderful guy.

I had some beautiful calm days in Neves house. It's at the border of the village and I enjoyed being there, watching the landscape, the beautiful garden... Very clean and beautiful. Neves is a very attentive and helpful host. I'm looking forward visiting this little paradise again. Thank you!

The location was awsm, the ferry rides and the view it was awsm. The food is really amazing, delicious food.
Mr.Neves is a humble person who takes care of everything right from our arrival till we leave the property.The ferry connectivity from the mainland is very flexible & frequent & it's easy to reach the property once we are on the island.Best place to stay on the island to experience the tranquility of country side goa.
The place is absolutely gorgeous! I'd highly recommend to come and visit the island and stay at this fantastic villa!
