What a fantastic location! Right on the end of Cannery Row we could walk everywhere we wanted to: boat tours, aquarium, restaurants. The hotel is very grand, well kept, plenty of facilities including a gym and spa, and the views from the plaza are gorgeous. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful.

I have got room with little windows over the roof of hotel entrance. When asked to change the room there was no option with 2 beds. We need those as we travel with my adult son. Hotel staff was not helpful to provide any solution. We should be warned that this will be room with partially covered windows as we will not use that hotel if that room is only option.

This hotel is everything. From the moment we walked in and were hit with the most phenomenal driftwood scent, to the literal tears I shed when we had to leave, I loved every minute. We were celebrating a special occasion and received a complimentary bottle of sparkling cider (we don’t drink alcohol). The hot tub on the rooftop is to die for, the beds are heavenly, and the coffee in the room rivals...
