Pros (+) Location is absolutely unbeatable. If you come to Lisbon for a short vacation, it’s extremely convenient to have main points of interests, restaurants, nightlife etc walking distance. Reception staff are very polite and professional. Rooms are clean and new - nothing special, but good. Breakfast is nice, especially variety of fresh fruits available every day is fantastic.

Pros (+) Lastminute booking due to the powercuts and extra stay in Lisbon. The hotel and staff were very accomodating. A sure relaxed treat after a day of uncertainty

Pros (+) Looked wonderful from the outside . Room ok not what I expected modern. Beds comfortable. Reception staff ok but could have been more helpful. Stayed in Bruge in the Dukes palace which was great for less money. Ok

Pros (+) Excellent location and friendly staff, room was very nice also!
Cons (-) Ate in the fusion restaurant on premise, and the third time we ate there the food took about an hour to get to us and the restaurant only had a couple of guests dining at that time. Staff apologized for wait, but didn’t really make it right. Could have comped the meals or offered appetizers if the kitchen was having issues.

Pros (+) The hotel is very nice very clean and the staff are very friendly the only thing is it’s noisy because of the street and the fire building is close to the hotel . The weekend is bad other than that the rest is very good
