Good rooms, no complaints, but the service and staff are terrible.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL, very poor service, the staff is not trained.,behave arrogantly.I'll start in order, my wife and I decided to stay for one night, I paid all fees and taxes through the booking site, it turned out to be $ 2000 per night.When we arrived, we were met by a smiling guy, asked for an ID and a credit card, while not saying that we had to pay a deposit of $ 500 on the booking...Read more
Beautiful property and easy access to beach with complimentary services from the resort (beach chair, umbrella and toys!) We stayed in the three bedroom villa for a family of 6 adults and 2 toddlers, it was extremely spacious and comfortable! We loved everything about our stay and the staff were absolutely wonderful

The room was gorgeous - very well appointed, everything we needed for a comfortable stay. They upgraded us to a three bedroom suite so tons of room. Breathtaking views. Pictures don't do it justice! Family friendly resort with an awesome pool and beach.
I felt like they could have had more options for food on the property but I guess I just being picky but really that is my only complaint. Restaurants were good but quite pricey.
The resort was amazing from the moment we set foot. The initial view was breath-taking. The rooms/ suite was extremely spacious (family of 5) and extremely quiet! The balcony looking out to the ocean was absolutely wonderful. Every night they had a live musician playing soothing music out by the pool area. Everyone was extremely friendly and willing to help. After a visit to the more touristy area...
The restaurant's menu seemed a little limited. We were able to get door dash from local restaurants which completely solved this problem. The resort even brought the food directly to our room! Although the restaurant's food wasn't to our preference, I would recommend trying it.Read more

For the prices they are now charging my expectations were set very high and the shortage of staff was apparent! Usually they know everyone by name and service is above par, although I know in times of Covid there are challenges the prices they are charging should reflect quality of service!
