Pros (+) Everything. The property is exceptional in every way!
Cons (-) The food at the restaurant was good and I would eat there again however, for a property of this caliber it was not up to the same standard.

The town of Healdsburg is just 5 minutes away & the town car will drop you. The property is beautiful, rooms are great & spacious. The only annoying thing was they stopped pool service a bit early & waiting for a buggy to take & pick us up from our room when they were busy, also I bought a coffee from their shop to take away the morning we left but unfortunately she forgot to put the coffee shot i...

Pros (+) The property was lovely and restful: we felt like we slept in the vineyards! The staff was wonderful and attentive. We appreciated the complimentary car service in to town for our dinner reservation. And the morning yoga was great! (wonderful instructor)
Cons (-) While sitting on our balcony in the afternoon, there’s was a lot of noise from some building being done in preparation for an event, which made it unpleasant to stay outside so we had to retreat inside. That was our only negative experience.

Pros (+) The location and the surrounding landscape of trees and vineyards was quite nice. The staff was exceptionally friendly. The restaurant was good.
Cons (-) The rate of $2300 per nite, though comparable to other 5 star resorts in the area, was just not justified. The room was nice but not spectacular and the pool, though not used by us, seemed small for a resort of this size. The layout of the room was odd, with just a wood partition to separate the desk. Also the room did not feel luxe bc of the raw wood materials used.

Pros (+) Excellent service by wait staff and reception. Valet service slow.
Cons (-) Do not forget and leave anything in your room, for when you remember and call them they have no knowledge of what was left and find nothing. It just will disappear. Not good.
