Fell in love with Livigno a decade ago, came by motorcycle this time. Stopped for a pizza and espresso at noon, since I could park my bike packed with gear right in front while eating. The spa! lovely way to end the day. Very well organized, spatious and varied. Loved the view and the staff and easy handling of car and skiis.
The rooms interior was a bit dated, compared to the rest of the very fresh and modern restaurants, spa and lobby

The hotel was wonderful, the breakfast and the Spa were great and the hotel was recently renovated. While it is not in the centre of town, there is a bus station right outside the hotel and some good restaurant options. The room was clean and comfortable.
The staff at the front desk are not too friendly, consider a small hotel. The bathroom, while clean, could use a rennovation.

Hotel staff not up to their role. Vague rules in the sauna, in case of unexpected events. The hotel does not provide sufficient support to guests.
Excellent breakfast and restaurant services. The menu was fantastic and food delicious. Wines were very good and Somelier very competent with excellent knowledge and talent to rerve and talk about each wine in details. The hotel is newly remodeled and very clean. The frontdesk staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Georgina. We were a large group and the hotel tried to ccomodate us in any way possible. The spa and outside pool were nice and clean too. I would recommend this accomodation with the caveat below (related to location)
The location requires using public transporation to/from ski runs and it is 20 min walk from the village lively center. Busses do not stick to the published time table most of the time. The routes were confusing at first. We ended up using a lot of taxis to save on time and aliviate frustration.

The hotel is well located, right next to the bus stop. The city center is easily accessible even on foot. We really enjoyed the hotel's spa and wellness facilities, especially the outdoor hot water Jacuzzi surrounded by snow-covered gardens. The hotel price is a little high for the service offered, and small errors spoiled the overall impression: - In the room, if there was a kettle and a set of tea and coffee bags, they were supposed to be filled daily. Location again was superb for us. The staff are all very friendly and the manager was a lovely guy who sorted out garage parking for all our cars. The sommelier was excellent and friendly and very knowledgeable. Would definitely stay again
