Pros (+) Very large and incredibly well appointed apartment; located a few minutes walk to the bus and tram stops which made it easy and convenient to get into the city; guarded parking on the grounds also a huge plus

Pros (+) Claudio and his father are EXCEPTIONAL hosts. They treated us like family and helped us when I faced a medical issue. They are a display of true Italian hospitality. The property is a bit far from downtown Rome, but very conveniently located next to the Tram, which takes you directly to Piazza Venezia. Don’t take the buses, use the tram; it’s more reliable, even though Google Maps says otherwise. ...
Cons (-) The main photo on Booking (the one that looks like a big resort) is a photo of the view, not the property. That confused us a bit.

Pros (+) The host is super helpful. She arranged the transfers from/to the airport and she offered her help all the time. The apartment is cosy, clean, and the location is convenient, a few meters from the metro and a stone's throw away from A.Roma Lifestyle Hotel and the Conference Center. Highly recommended.

Pros (+) Picturesque view from roof terrace, well situated, comfortable apartment, easily accessible by public transportation, good restaurants and supermarket nearby. Not far from Fiumicino airport. Kerstin, Marco and Claudio are very kind and flexible hosts!
