The staff we exceptionally helpful and friendly. It was great having the car park under the hotel, particularly as the hotel is in the city so street parking is limited. I’ve stayed here several times, and as always, everything was perfect. The rooms are spotless, the breakfast couldn’t be better, and the staff is extremely friendly. This time, I mistakenly booked a room with two double beds. Even though Booking.com said changes weren’t possible, the hotel had no problem switching me to a room with a large bed. Rooms were very appropriate, very clean. Not very big. Bathroom in the room, separated by a glass door. Above and beyond breakfast. Wonderful staff.

Up market hotel right in the centre of town, with garage parking. Contemporary feel. Staff welcoming. Great breakfast.
Unable to sample the restaurant, was told it was already fully booked when we checked in. Plenty of Restaurants in the town though.
The high quality restaurant. The entry area through the garage which had a foyer better than many front foyers. Small luggage trolleys in the garage entry. Separate bike storage area in the locked garage. Luxurious feel to the whole hotel. Our room at the back was completely quiet.
The automatic bathroom light which lit up the whole bedroom every time someone went to the toilet in the middle of the night.
We only stayed for one night, but loved every bit of it ! Breakfast was great too and the underground car parking was an added bonus, especially as we arrived in a thunderstorm !
