The location is romantic in the heart of the Venetian quarter next to the ancient church of St Eleuthera, the atmosphere & architecture exotic and the décor (unlike that of so many hotels) in the best of taste. It must be said that it is hard to find. Our taxi driver gave up and left us to wander until an emergency call to Petros at the reception, brought him out to find us and guide us back. Perhaps the authorities might allow more “signage”. We liked everything if anything, we were on the 1st floor. Nice new rooms but not much natural light.
It was a fantastic experience, the room was exceptional and the private roof terrace with Jacuzzi was the icing on the cake and made for a very special birthday treat for my partner. All of the staff were lovely and went out of their way to make our stay really special. We will definitely be back. Thank you all!
The design of the hotel is amazing, the staff super friendly. We felt so welcomed by the staff and everyone. Location perfect for the town of Chania.

We love this hotel! Stylish, comfortable and it has a nice location inside of the old town(but it’s not noisy at all). We stayed at the room with the jacuzzi at the terrace and we love it(it’s nice idea especially at the end of the season). Thank you for all of the team!
A lovely hotel with a very calming vibe. The hotel staff was very welcoming and helpful. The rooms were tastefully and simply decorated and extremely comfortable. Breakfast in the courtyard was delicious.
The inside pool was small and not heated.
Perfectly located, with the warmest staff, luxe interiors, a phenomenal kitchen (amazing breakfast + best dinner we had in Chania - which offers a wealth of delicious food) and very calming spaces. Our terrace and jacuzzi created a private oasis with spectacular views of the old town. A restorative and enchanting stay!
The indoor pool is sadly unheated, which meant it was unusable for us (too cold!) Other than that, all amenities were excellent.
