Everything about this hotel is exceptional: the staff, the location, the food. Breakfast was outstanding. A great find and excellent value for the money. Would definitely stay here again.
There was nothing we didn’t like.
The location is romantic in the heart of the Venetian quarter next to the ancient church of St Eleuthera, the atmosphere & architecture exotic and the décor (unlike that of so many hotels) in the best of taste. It must be said that it is hard to find. Our taxi driver gave up and left us to wander until an emergency call to Petros at the reception, brought him out to find us and guide us back. Perhaps the authorities might allow more “signage”. There were a few lacunæ in the room: the USB plugs were beyond repair, the lavatory flush flowed continually, and the clock told the time on some other planet. Non...Read more

We liked everything if anything, we were on the 1st floor. Nice new rooms but not much natural light.
It was a fantastic experience, the room was exceptional and the private roof terrace with Jacuzzi was the icing on the cake and made for a very special birthday treat for my partner. All of the staff were lovely and went out of their way to make our stay really special. We will definitely be back. Thank you all!
The design of the hotel is amazing, the staff super friendly. We felt so welcomed by the staff and everyone. Location perfect for the town of Chania.
Was a bit hard to control the temperature of the room.
We love this hotel! Stylish, comfortable and it has a nice location inside of the old town(but it’s not noisy at all). We stayed at the room with the jacuzzi at the terrace and we love it(it’s nice idea especially at the end of the season). Thank you for all of the team!
