Apartments are super! High quality, spacious, immaculately clean
Atmosphere around the hotel could be better e.g no evening entertainment, bar area is so small, no pool music. Everything was new and spotless. The pool area was fabulous and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. The apartment rooms are perfect for families.
Dinner menu was limited, but everything on the menu was very good.

The beach and everything around the hotel is not 5 stars, but that's ok, you have everything inside the hotel area.

Newly build hotel with beautiful rooms and facilities was nicely taken care of. We enjoyed the pools and children's play area. Situated in a quiet town. Walking distance to public beach and restaurants.
The staff was not friendly especially restaurant servers. The hotel is designed to also be long term stay and has ample onsite parking. So the daily parking fee seems like an over the top addition charge.
New hotel, clean and modern
It is too far from central Zadar and Uber is beey spotty often not available. Service needs improvement both at the restaurant and by the pool. The food we ordered at the restaurant didn’t have much taste, and we tried many different options.
Great location, charming village with lots to do. The hotel was immaculate and the food was very good quality and delicious. The staff were so friendly. We will definitely return
It was almost perfect. The only comment I have is prices for drinks and food were a little high, maybe some tweaking needed to make it an easier choice to eat and drink at the hotel rather than the many neighbouring restaurants. However for a 5 star hotel the prices can be expected and did align with the quality of food and drink.
