Cons (-) I was not refunded the deposit that was charged at check-in. I also did not get a refund for the massage - I did not receive this service. I wrote to the post office and was told to wait 30 days. A month has passed, but the money has still not been returned.

Pros (+) Good location, close to QSNCC. Has several 711 nearby. Room's not big but cosy & modern enough. Food is also nice

Good location & convenient to get to main shopping areas too! MRT QSNCC is right out front aside from QSNCC expo hall just across the road! Nice!
