This was a nice hotel and I enjoyed my stay here. The bed was very comfortable and I enjoyed the facilities. Pros (+) Excellent breakfast; firm but comfortable beds; The tub in our "executive room" was outstanding the tub in the more standard room was good. Nice views. Convenient to Metro line.
Cons (-) All rooms had a couple abrupt steps which were potential traps. We had to switch rooms (valid reasons) but that process was a bit complicated and seemed to be overly awkward. The neighborhood takes a bit of walking to get to action--

Stayed 4 nights, first on my own, then with my tour group. Most outrageous prices for food and drink I encountered over two weeks in Thailand. Front desk staff always confused and never anyone to serve at pool side bar. Again crazy prices. The most bizarre lighting in the rooms with figuring out how to turn on a bathroom light. Air conditioning going off every 4 hours over night in my second room....
