Location is near station with short walk distance. Exit 6 thru semba centre which has lift and elevator if carrying luggage. Note this is closed by 9pm. There are convenient stores and a supermarket nearby. Coffee n tea available at lobby.
The balcony is redundant without any sitting and facing a building. Construction is just next to it. There is one small pillow for each guest. No replenish of beverages after housekeeping. There is no shower cap provided.
I liked being able to get free drinks and the beds were confortable

Very clean and tidy. The room was tight but that seems standard in Japan. Great location and if like us you’re purely using it for a shower and sleep, it’s ideal. Nothing to “blow you away” but all very good for what we needed.

Bathroom was amazing and the whole place was sparkling clean.
Only very minor issues: Quality of the free coffee And size of the wine by the glass. Each token only cost ¥500, but it was hardly worth bothering as the serving was so small.
Great location, very nice room and attentive and helpful staff. Loved the corner room with full height windows all the way round. Room was comfortable and clean and had everything we needed. Can not fault this place and would definitely return should we visit the city again. Free hot and soft drinks in the reception area was also a bonus.
Breakfast hours were very limited. Advertised initially as being until 10, this isnt true and 'closed' signs are put out from 9:30 as breakfast items then begin to disappear as they run out or are cleaned away. This is the earliest end to a breakfast service of any hotel I have ever visited and I would certainly suggest this would be better being extended slightly.
A nice central location easy walking distance to several attractions. Good facilities and nice room.
Pillows a bit on the thick side for me but that's not much of a gripe.
One of the most comfortable hotel rooms we stayed during our 16 days trip in Japan. Spacious room, free pajamas and amenities. Great water pressure and comfortable bed. 15min walk to Dotombori, close to metro. Really convenient.

The hotel was well located near the tourist area within walking distance, but still kept a quiet place to stay and sleep. Room facilities were also well equipped and eco-friendly.
I am afraid the quality of the coffee and tea in the amenity and leisure area on the second floor needs to be improved.

Sounds proofing. There seems to be races on the main street every night.
