Pros (+) Service level was top notch and the staff made us feel very well taken care of. Probably the best bean bag pillows I've laid my head on in Japan. Usually I find them uncomfortable, but these were surprisingly good. The toilet was fantastic too.
Cons (-) If anything, the wifi signal was a bit weak in our room, but realistically this isn't really an issue when you're staying at this island.

Pros (+) The people... all the employees treated us soo well that we filled at home. But also the public bath was incredible, the room was terrific, the views awesome... what a wonderfull night we spent there!

Pros (+) One of the best hotels we ever had on our trips in many different countries! Room was spacious, very clean and the view from our window was spectacular. Staff was very professional, helpful and super nice. I wish every hotel could have such a great staff as this one! Dinner and breakfast were both excellent! We can only recommend this place.
