Pros (+) The beds and pillows we’re comfortable. One station away from Yokohama Station.
Cons (-) We couldn’t use the pool, my 150cm tall child was told she was less than 140cm tall so she couldn’t swim in the pool. Children under 16 are only allowed before 6pm and must be in company with an adult. We went to look at the pool and were refused entry, told we could just look from the outside verandah. We moved the water bottles in the room which were in the middle of the desk and put them up on ...

Pros (+) Location, new condition, facilities, staff. Many malls and eating places in the vicinity.
Cons (-) Pillows were too soft. Separate toilet and bath was cumbersome at times. There were no shelves or hooks to hold the towel and clothes in the bath.

Cons (-) The pool was smaller than the picture. And the fact that even if you do not swim you must be in bathers to be in that section. For example, my husband wanted to use the pool I didn’t just wanted to soak my feet I got told to change into my bathers. I was on my monthly I explained to her she still said no.
