The breakfast was amazing!!! The view was awesome. The roof deck was beautiful but the seats aren't comfortable. The on site bakery was delicious.
The rooms were smaller than expected There is not place for open luggage and circulation around the room.. The sink was in the bedroom area. There were chairs and a table but you couldn't use them because the beds took up too much space. The beds are too bid for a single person and were a little hard.
Staff was confusing and not willing to help. Hotel was too full and amenities did not support the amount of people overall.
Beautiful rooms, lovely staff and great hot baths.
Breakfast queuing. This was very disappointing. Breakfast was good but restaurant really not big enough. Next time we will not have breakfast included.
High cost of accommodation with such proximity of the railway

The room was very small - we had trouble walking around, had to keep the suitcase in the corridor and jump over it on the way to the bathroom.

Clean, comfortable, modern with friendly helpful staff. Good location close to metro and train and convenient to Shinjuku. Comfortable bed and nice room but on the small side.
Room on the small side but typical for Tokyo. Restaurant closes at 9pm.
This Hotel is perfect! Spacious room, top cleanliness. Moreover the room with a balcony is a real plus! We also tried the bakery for breakfast and everything was really delicious! Metro station just outside the hotel. Super recommended!
Everything was perfect.
The hotel was very modern and exceptionally clean. Beds were comfortable and the hotel was in a great location, easy to get to both Shinjuku and Shibuya. Breakfast was very good with lots of options. The rooftop terrace was lovely, especially at night and seeing all the city lights.
There wasn’t a lot of storage space in the room but otherwise everything was great.
