Beautiful garden, relaxing public bath, and bakery + restaurant (amazing breakfast buffet), and train station right next door.
Rooms are on the smaller side. looks much bigger online. Not very many food restaurant options close by. The gym was not equipped with free-weights or machines—mainly cardio equipment.
I liked location and breakfast
The rooms are small and not enough space for luggage and there is no enough wardrobe space. Also, I didn’t like lack of room/bathroom lighting. You could not see anything.
The breakfast was good with many options. No espresso drinks though. The location was quiet and away from noise but there were very limited options for food close by. The location is ideal for attending events at the stadium (across the street) and for visiting the hospital (walking distance). The train station was also very close.
Coffee machine in the room. 12 pm check out time instead of 11
The location is good, room is good for the value.
There is dust in the room and there is no AC the room is very hot
I loved the balcony in my room with the very nice open area and very nice view. I loved how sound was isolated well so had good night sleep . Pillows and bed were very comfortable . Staff were all very friendly and approachable and helpful . Metro station is just few minutes away .breakfast was good .
I didn’t like the fact that the sink is outside the toilet and that toilet and bathroom are separated !
Badly located as no near shops and only a smaller train line access (added 20 mins to every train trip in Tokyo)Bar shuts at 10pm with no room service. (I arrived at 10.30pm). Vending machines didn't take credit cards.Staffs English was poor.
I really enjoyed staying in this Mitsui Garden. Really practical, since it has a metro station right in front of the hotel. The staff is super friendly and helpful, as all Japanese citizens. Room was very comfortable and nicely equipped. Breakfast was very good with wide variety of food. The location is good relative to train/subway access. It is far from any businesses and restaurants. Nice proximity to the park and baseball stadium. Staff was excellent and very accommodating. Laundry was good and reasonably priced; a few more machines would be helpful.
Accessibility to stores and restaurants. It's a ten minute walk to the nearest store/restaurant. Not a major complaint. One suggestion would be post dates and times when the Swallows are scheduled to play at the close by stadium.
Good sized rooms, balcony, lovely staff, great location!
