It's clean, food was delicious, the spa later at night was now crowded which was nice, friendly staff
Spa terrace a bit overcrowded in the afternoon. Room service charge verybl pricey. Some diversity would be nice. Also pictures make it seem like place is nestled in woods. But there are apartment buildings across the street
Grounds are inviting and peaceful with many water features and koi. Room is large with a patio and huge bathroom with both a shower and separate tub.
Price for the room and the dinner we had on site were quite pricey. The food was luke warm
A fabulous first-class spa experience! Relaxing spa treatments, delicious food, great cocktails in the outdoor hot tub area, comfortable accommodations, multiple fireplaces, wonderful gift shop, and a calming yoga class!!
There were certainly many menu choices. And, the staff was very attentive.
It may just have been my taste, but I wasn't sure that the scrambled eggs I ordered were not pre-mixed or powdered.

Gas fireplace in the room, comfortable robes. Food at the restaurant was excellent overall. Staff were excellent.
The toilet paper was too thin, our room did not have a fridge.
My massage was wonderful and the bed was very comfortable and the fireplace was nice too
This hotel needs major updating!!! Felt like I was in a different time period. The headboards had lots dust on them
I brought my best friend for his birthday and we had the most amazing evening.
No improvments to note, fantastic stay we will be back sooner rather than later.
