Pros (+) I always seek small upscale boutique hotels usually in a historic building in a great location to get to neighbourhood restaurants etc & the Miravida SoHo Hotel was a perfect fit. The staff was very welcoming & very accommodating. Our room was a very good size with an upper level terrace off it. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Pros (+) Breakfast. Veronica ! Wine tasting.
Cons (-) Lock the front door, no ability for guests to get in or out w/o staff. Safety concern and very inconvenient. Evening staff very inattentive. We were twice locked out at night, ringing bell and banging on door for 20 min. Otherwise a good place to stay, if this issue is resolved.

Pros (+) Great small hotel in an excellent location for Palermo Serrano. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Brilliant breakfasts
Cons (-) It is a very small hotel so relative to other similar hotels no issues. We had the 3rd Floor Room 7 Maisonette which is a charming two level room with a balcony - it was great but a lot of stairs from floor 2 to the top floor of room FYI. Elevator ground level to floor 2.
