The view was beautiful and very relaxing. The price was reasonable, and the rooms were clean and comfortable.
It was very difficult to reach the hotel as most of the roads were closed, and there were no signs or directions to help find the location easily.

Spacious rooms with great views city and sea views from the room. Fully equipped kitchenette, washing machine, common space for unwinding makes it a great pick.
Location was amazing. In old boulevard between sea and small lake with park. Many great cafe/restaurants nearby to walk

The hotel entrance i was looking to the entrance for 30 min it’s based on the floor 14 No one helped me with my baggage for check in and check out Sometimes i call the reception and no one answers Not expecting this service with 5 star hotel
Our stay was truly awesome! We loved everything about it. The room was incredibly spacious, and the cleaning staff took excellent care of it daily, ensuring everything was spotless. The view from our window overlooking the sea was simply breathtaking. The staff were exceptionally kind and provided outstanding service throughout our stay.
The only drawback was the road to the hotel, which was in poor condition due to unexpected weather changes in Batumi. Despite this, our overall experience was fantastic, and we would definitely recommend this hotel for its exceptional service and comfort.
The photos do not correspond to reality. The wind is blowing from the windows, there is no heating. Staff is inadequate. We were with children and everything was very uncomfortable.
The room was a standard, no balcony but with a sea view. Bed comfy, the staff offered a excellent service.
I like about the apartment that it is very spacious, new, modern, view is great. Kitchen is well equipped. It’s convenient for family to stay in. Spar “super market” in 2 minutes walking distance. Cleaning service is daily. Location is really good, although construction road made it little hard to walk. I didn’t like that the washing machine doesn’t dry the clothes.
