I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The room was very comfortable (big bed), and the bathroom was big (bath and shower) and spotless. The sports facilities were excellent, especially the swimming pool - the whole sports centre was well-kept and great for relaxing. The breakfast was also a highlight, with a wide variety of delicious, freshly made food to choose from. Very friendly and helpful staf...

It was spacious and clean, and the staff were amazing!
Breakfast was really good and the room size was decent. I like the pool when it was open.
Pool has a monthly maintenance day which unfortunately was on one of my 2 days that we stayed. The only reason I booked the hotel was because of the swimming pool so without it I would normally stay elsewhere. It is not very obvious which days the pool is not open, make sure you check their website.
Good facilities, well placed, large rooms
Very nice hotel. Friendly staffs at reception and provide me a room upgrade to business suite. I will come back this hotel when I am around next time.
Beautiful hotel with a very friendly staff who were very helpful arranging transport. Room was nice, breakfast was a wonderful way to start your day.
Bed was very very firm but we found all of the beds in both Taiwan and Japan to be very hard.
Pool was warm and open early and late. Room very clean and great for our first few nights. Reception helped with taxi ordering and it was not far to walk to a night market and an area with restaurants and play areas. The metro was no more than 10 mins walk too so very central.
It was good.
