- a lot of diversified activities for any age - attractive animations - tasty and variable food - polite and helpful staff
- almost nothing, some facilities in rooms are old and does not work well (keys, doors) - beds were too soft causing slight pain in back after 3 nights
Big beautiful territory, plenty green areas, clean beach, food wherever and whenever you want, activity (yoga, billiard, tennis), hamam, sauna, hospitable staff
Disco until midnight, a lot of groups with business goals (conference etc.), lack of healthy snacks

Everything. The choice of food and drinks is amazing, the beach and location is beautiful, and cats are lovely. Kids absolutely love this place, and adults would find it terrific as well. Pricewise it's the best you can get for such an experience.
Just a very minor thing: even though the rooms are very good, the pathways to them inside the buildings would benefit from some refresh. Oh, and they really need to replace the ping-pong paddles :)

Every thing was amazing, staff with no exceptions very friendly & helpful. Food variety was excellent.
The spa facilities were really good and the staff working were lovely!
Rooms were not as described, staff were not helpful and waiters in the restaurant were rude and not attentive. The hotel reps bombard you and even after being told "We are no interested" They will continue to pester you even if your in the middle of dinner. The rooms are clean, the food is still good. Much better attitude from the staff then in summer. Almost no people in the hotel during the week. Clean tennis courts.
There were conferences during the weekend, and there was strong tobacco smell in the building. There was no such problem in summer. I suppose it is caused by people smoking all in the same place right outside the building under the roof. Second door would save the fresh air.
My room has fantastic mountain view. staffs had kindly behavior. in main restaurant, you could find lots of confectionery that's really delicious.
In this season, the variety of main restaurant dishes was very little. The basic facilities of each room were incomplete. For example, the toothbrush was not placed in the room. You don't get good features for the money you pay.
