Pros (+) Everything was wonderful. Personnel was very responsive and helped us book several trips - would recommend both 25 de Mayo farm and the boat tour to Glaciers. Breakfast was nice and very accommodating in time - from 6 to 10.30 or so.

Pros (+) The breakfast was average. It was enough to have a good start to your day.
Cons (-) The fire detector went off in our room at 3 Am. I did not sleep the rest of the night as I was so startled. The reception staff didn't even apologize and commented that they could not possibly predict or know if the battery was low. They were defensive and very rude. The next day we heard the hallway fire detector go off as well as the detector in the room beside us. If they actually changed them ...

Pros (+) Excellent breakfast buffet. Beautiful location with a view to Lago Argentino.
Cons (-) I think they are in the process of upgrading the rooms which are frankly a bit dated. Like the carpet needs to be changed as well as the bathroom fixtures. Still the room was perfectly clean. Spotless!

Pros (+) There was a problem with our rooms at Mirador and we had to move to the sister hotel Parque.. We were compensated with a free dining voucher - yet, the room and all did not match the expectations and comfort of the Mirador.
Cons (-) The rooms were on the 3rd floor and very cold, you could feel the wind blow through the windows, bathroom also not up to standard . It was only one night, so ok, but still not what we expected when we booked Mirador
