Pros (+) Great hotel with excellent facilities, friendly staff and a fabulous menu, food was excellent throughout our stay, the only negative was the pool bar on the roof was seldom used and lacked any atmosphere. There is a basement carpark for scooters, and it is literally over the road from the beach and bars. The staff were really helpful booking train tickets, arranging transfers and always welcoming.

I stayed at the ocean view penthouse (3 bedroom) with my husband, teen daughter and my elderly parents. Located on the 20th floor, it was only us on that floor. Pros (+) Spacious room, nice pool, and gym equipment is OK.
Cons (-) Breakfast dishes like soups, dumplings, hot snacks or salads are not labeled, so if you have allergies it is a problem. Bad smell from the bathroom. I needed to ask twice to have the room cleaned properly. Not really what you except from a 4*

Honestly, the only 'fault' I could think of would be the absence of umbrellas for shade by the pool. I would gladly stay again, in fact I wouldn't bother looking at anywhere else if I go back to Da Nang
