Staff was lovely and attentive. They gave us a map of the town with highlights and must try food, which was great to start our holiday. Location is also great and they sorted a cab to pick us up from the airport which was great after such a long flight. They let us store our luggage at the hotel on our check out day and even let us have a shower before our night train which was much appreciated.
If we were to find one thing it was that the room didn't have an external window.
Great location in Hanoi old quarter! Very convenient, yet not noisy and safe. My Deluxe Connecting Rooms is clean and spacious. The staff, Jamie is very helpful in answering all my queries. Breakfast is nice with partial buffet and menu selection. I really enjoyed it!
The pillows are too soft.
We stayed in 2x rooms that were connecting. One entrance - with a hallway and then two separate rooms, each with a good soundproof door. We loved this hotel. From the staff to the breakfast, to the rooms. They helped us get a SIM card organised for my husband at a reasonable price, which was great, because I had organised AIRLO for myself, but he needed a SIM card too and it was great to just have...

One of the finest hotels and accommodations I have ever stayed at. Beyond the exceptionally designed rooms and the beautifully crafted hotel itself, the staff truly went above and beyond. Their warmth, respect, and genuine care were simply extraordinary. I stayed for a total of four nights and thoroughly enjoyed every moment.
I stayed in two different types of rooms. Both were very new and clean but the one without balcony was quite small. The location and the staff are 10/10. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Perfect location and really friendly staff. Jamie at reception was super kind and the breakfast options were very good for vegetarians! We also really appreciated to be asked for dietary restrictions at check in. Our room was incredibly clean and we would absolutely come back!!
We had a security issue but it was resolved very professionally.
Great room, The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in the heart of the Old Quarter, which is useful for tours.
