Breakfast and dinner was ok.
We had a very disappointing stay and feel completely misled. Before booking, we specifically contacted the hotel to confirm that the SPA was included in the booking. Management assured us it was. However, when we arrived, the entire SPA zone was closed for renovation—with no notice and no indication of when it would reopen. This is best 5 star hotel from visited in Hungary outside of Budapest. Certainly great planning and management as all well thought and seems staff is trained and look like they like what they do. Hopefully this won’t decrease over years
Excellent breakfast with very fresh pastries, delicious juices, and a great variety. The room was clean, nicely furnished, the bed was comfortable, and the pillows were also very pleasant.
I was disappointed with the wellness area, as the basic sauna etiquette was not respected. There were a lot of flying insects in and around the pools – while the hotel is surrounded by nature and that might be hard to avoid, it would help if the dead insects around the sunbeds were cleaned up more regularly. During dinner, the selection of dishes felt rather limited for a 5-star hotel.

Amazingly beautiful room, everything was really clean when we arrived. Stunning location.
One of the days when we returned to the hotel at night, we were tired and already wanted to sleep, and we realized that they simply hadn't tidied up the room, hadn't cleaned up the dirt, hadn't changed the towels, and hadn't even made the bed. Disappointing.
Everything was great, we had a very pleasant stay. The rooms were clean, the spa spacious, the water had good temperature. The food was exceptional and the wine tasting was so great, we will never forget!
All was perfect.

The hotel looks great, loved the attention to details. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was very nicely decorated. The food was very tasty.
The hotel is in a nice natural location but with nothing else to do around. The pool is located in the shadow of the hotel so you have sun until about 4 o’clock.

So, I am probably not alone in somewhat hating buffet style dinners. Breakfast ok but dinner? I was wrong, you can do this properly and Minaro hotel managed. It was never busy, it was never empty, and the food quality was extremely good. The only buffet i ever enjoyed in my life. Good job!!
