Pros (+) Very well located next to a metro station and you can walk along Crysta Nagahori mall between the two local subway stations of different lines, it has an in house coin Laundry, massage tool loan and basic kitchen.
Cons (-) A little noisey at night. There is no double glazed window and walls between floors are light and we could hear kids running in floor below. Plastic couches while practical make you feel like you’re staying somewhere cheap - wish they were covered with soft fabric.

Pros (+) Lovely and helpful staff, clean rooms, great location, well equipped kitchen. Pretty good sound proving.
Cons (-) Expensive (compared to Kyoto). Extremely hard mattresses and very cold bathroom with no heating. No hangers for towels inside the shower room.

Good location in the center of town, location wise, walking distance to shinsaibashi suji and dotonbori for shopping, many kombinis around hotel, very close to the train station. Hotel wise, friendly staff who can speak english ( plus point in you are in japan), clean room, good amenities and sizeable room (by japan standard). I will definitely stay here again if i am in osaka
