Pros (+) Perfect for families with little ones. Staff was friendly. Location was great, close to bus stops and grocery store. Room was large and fit 7 people just fine.

Pros (+) This apartment was very family friendly. Bunk beds for kids. Big bed for my wife and I. Nice big table for our family to eat on or organize our stuff. Good size refrigerator and microwave and the room had everything we needed. The lobby had a coffee machine that was a good value and the staff was very nice. There was a supermarket right across the street and a 7-11 not much further. Bus stops and ...

Pros (+) Perfect for a family. Lots of space, comfy, Fresco super market next door was a massive bonus. 15 mins walk to centre or Gion. Easy to get to a few of the main tourist locations too. Would stay again.

Pros (+) Lots of amenities. Excellent english speaking staff. Great check in process.
Cons (-) Curtains/blinds were not black out (were ok, but could have been better). Despite regular cleaning there was dirt in the bathroom and under the beds (nowhere else in Japan for an 18 day stay had this).
