The air conditioning kept turning off during the night.
Rooms were as described. Great pool/bar/lounge area! Delicious food! The lunch menu was very nice and the dinner was exceptional! Beautiful outdoor eating space for all meals. The property is perfectly located, near the town of Polonia. Great views of the ocean and town. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the bed very comfortable
The food at the hotel can be better, the breakfast didn’t impress me.
The hotel was set above the bay with exquisite views The entire hotel is very peaceful.and the staff are extremely attentive. The pool is absolutely wonderful, Breakfast is a delight and the views will never disappoint.
Not much space to hang clothes
The views of Pollonia and Kimolos are breathtaking. The front desk team that was there when I checked in was wonderful. I had a flight out early evening and whilst they couldn’t let me keep the room that late the hotel has a well designed area with showers and changing rooms.
The room I had lacked privacy being too close to the pool and restaurant, I had to close half the windows in order to get some privacy and even then by terrace I had people walking up and down that could see me all the time. The portion of the path between the hotel and the main road is just sand and dirt and is not well lit at night.
Location was perfect. Walking distance to great restaurants. Hotel was beautiful. Cleanliness and housekeeping excellent. Staff members, particularly at the pool and restaurant area, were absolutely wonderful.
Breakfast was disappointing. We also had to request drinking water in our room.
The staff was attentive and friendly. Breakfast was good! The hotel was very clean and in a great location. Very nice place to relax and recharge. I'd stay here again in the future but would hope that just a few small things change to improve the stay to a 10/10.
The shower that we had in our room could use a serious update. Although I am a taller person, the shower head was about an entire foot too low to where it was connected to the wall. I felt as though I had to get on my knees to take a proper shower; my wife felt the same about it. It made for a very awkward shower every day.
