Good room, with a great view of the river. Breakfast was very good as well. The location is excellent, right next to IconSiam and the pier for getting to the city center by boat
Bathroom walls needed a bit of refreshment, a new coat of paint. Also the hotel would benefit from newer appliances in the rooms, e.g. wireless phone charger, etc

At the time of check-in, the full amount was deducted from my debit card, including the deposit. Then, at check-out, they asked for the payment again. When I pointed out that the amount had already been charged to my card, they did not return the remaining deposit to me and said they would refund it to my account. Restaurant, Flow Bar, Rooftop Bar, and Pool Amnience & Designs were exceptional and had great Character!
Fact that No Shaving sticks came within the Rooms- I had to request for these which was bizarre!
Very nice hotel, great location. I had 4 rooms, 3 2x bed std size rooms , and the Family Suite. All were excellent, all with great river views! Family suite awesome. Rooftop bar views incredible.

The lower floor rooms need to be checked for mould. First day I checked in the room smelt very damp. Staff did assist in moving to another room. Came back for another stay in the same trip on lower floor and room smelt damp again. At this point I already had enough of requesting to move rooms. It’s an inconvenience to have to ask to move rooms multiple times. They may have a mould problem.
Great setup, good experience, lovely enjoying stay
The deposit was taken and a customer must wait 2 weeks for it to be refunded! That is horrible service, now a traveler on holiday must wait for their money. Did Hilton have to wait for me to pay for my accommodation? No , they took the money, so why must I now wait?
I loved the pool, the breakfast buffet, the location (places to walk to). The cleanliness, the room with a view was amazing.
The location was very peaceful also located right in front of the river the iconism mall was a 5 minute walk from the hotel
