Pros (+) Met Boutique Hotel offers five star comfort and amenities. The staff is welcoming (we were greeting with a glass of prosecco), the rooms generous and outfitted with the latest hotel technology. Breakfast is copious, with good a la carte options as well as an extensive buffet. The location in the very center of Zagreb could not be better. Staying a this hotel was a real treat.

Cons (-) Breakfast was very disappointing for a 5 star, serving canned fruits like pineapple and mango is not adequate for a 5 star and Ante the waiter at the restaurant was not welcoming and rude. Ordering boiled eggs should not take 20+ mins to be served which at one one point i got up and left without having my complete breakfast
