Great central location; friendly professional staff; exceptional view from rooftop cafe; clean and quiet apart from the early morning call to prayer- which adds to the atmosphere.
On arrival it was a little hard to find the hotel entrance as it is located between two market shops.
Right next to the Spice Bazaar, this was easily one of the most beautiful hotels I’ve stayed in, with amazing views of the Yeni Cami mosque. The perfect way to end my time in Istanbul. The staff were super friendly and gave great dinner recommendations. I also loved the exposed brick and stylish interior in the room. Definitely recommend staying here!

Excellent hotel, easy walking distance to all the main sites, very comfortable room and very good breakfast. Exceptional customer service, the staff are superb, friendly, helpful and very considerate. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
The rooftop restaurant for breakfast has a lovely view.

I thought the room would be much bigger than what I was offered. I paid for a deluxe room, yet the room size was not very impressive.
Location is perfect for everything. Hidden away, you would never know such a beautiful hotel is tucked away in this little street! The views of the mosque from our room (304) were absolutely stunning! Beautiful decor throughout and wonderful staff who were super helpful. Can not rate highly enough!

The location was perfect! It was very close to the bazaar, ferries, restaurants, mosques. The views at the rooftop where the breakfast buffet is served was phenomenal. Our first time in Istanbul was unforgettable thanks to the hospitality of the Turkish people.
Very minor: would love to have some more shelves or hooks in the restroom.
