Pros (+) I was on the 28th floor and the view was unsurpassable! The harbour and city of Sydney were laid out like a jewel. The suite was relatively spacious, the kitchen was well appointed, furniture comfortable, staff very good. The location in regards to public transport, grocery stores and cafes was superb.
Cons (-) I stayed for over a week and while they did two brief 'cleans' (new towels, wiped over the bathroom) the sheets remained unchanged and the suite un-vacuumed for the entire 8 nights. It should only be 3-4 nights between thorough cleans, particularly at the price charged.

Pros (+) Beautiful views, room was very clean and modern, bed and pillows were comfy! Staff were lovely. Our fridge/ freezer was broken when we arrived and the staff quickly wheeled in a new fridge and took the broken one away. Nothing was too much trouble.
Cons (-) The bedroom was a bit small. Not enough room to put the suitcase on the floor.
