Pros (+) Location was central to train/trams. The room was amazing, 50th floor was better than we expected, breathtaking views. Staff were extremely friendly and engaged.
Cons (-) The overhead kitchen cupboards. They stick too far out making it difficult to do anything ie; clean dishes in the sink, use the bench top. We bumped our head numerous times. Would have been beneficial if they had been set in instead of all the way out.

Pros (+) The location is great, with its close proximity (walking distance to the train station (Southern Cross) and the Skybus station (going to the airport). The hotel is very clean and front desk staff are very helpful.
Cons (-) Just a bit frustrated as they don’t offer breakfast, but nonetheless, great location for restaurant and fast food shops.

Cons (-) Just to advise the washing machine wasn’t working in room 2602 and also the toilet wasn’t perfectly cleaned when we arrived in the hotel, I had to wipe the seat with disinfectant wipes.
