Great location, easy access to trams, trains and day tour gathering locations. Room was very spacious, with nice scent, an extremely comfy bed! Also, all the appliances were clean, well kept. Feels safe and relaxed!

Well located, well appointed, washer dryer which when staying for a week is invaluable.

Cleanliness & smells clean
The bed was rock hard, like sleeping on concrete. Not as it is displayed in the pictures for the suite and room I booked
Location was central to train/trams. The room was amazing, 50th floor was better than we expected, breathtaking views. Staff were extremely friendly and engaged.
The overhead kitchen cupboards. They stick too far out making it difficult to do anything ie; clean dishes in the sink, use the bench top. We bumped our head numerous times. Would have been beneficial if they had been set in instead of all the way out.
The space was lovely and very close to things around the city!
