The hotel is beautiful, and the room is so comfortable. We loved staying here

Beautiful appointments and common spaces. Room was spacious and very clean. Staff outstanding.
Only one small gripe; I checked out early to stow my bags and catch a later shuttle. The wifi connection was cut off as soon as they processed my checkout, so I didn’t use it for the hour I was in the lobby waiting on the shuttle. They probably would have fixed it if I had asked but it wasn’t necessary for me.
New Hotel with high quality finishings. Close to the airport with a free shuttle service. As close to Yokohama as Tokyo central so a quick hop on the train was great. Train station very close also and short walk to excellent food options.
No pool or onsen
You’re getting a lot for your money. The room I had was very large and clean. Also they do a free a shuttle bus from the airport which is available at specific times (not by request so depends when your flight arrives if it will be available for you) which made getting to the hotel easier.
Nothing
The property was very clean, Modern and very well maintained. My room was really nice and the bed was comfortable. The room was a good size. Great location for the airport but a bit of a distance to get to Tokyo. There is a train station close to the hotel which was good and a few convenience stores.
The choice for breakfast wasn’t great and the coffee machine kept running out of milk as there was only one that made lattes. The bar didn’t open until 5-6pm so there was no way to get a drink or a coffee through the day in the hotel. There was no room service or laundry and no vending machines to get a drink.

They didn’t make the baits bed up for our son so he slept with us.
The room was really spacious, and so clean. It’s only a 3 minute walk to the closest train station so easy to get around. The airport shuttle was terrific, it leaves every 30 minutes from 4:30am and made the journey to the airport completely stress free.
