Pros (+) We’re here for a family function at The Liverpool Catholic Club attached to The Mercure. Staff all friendly from checking in, to signing in, restaurant staff and bar staff. Room was clean and spacious and bathroom/shower was great. $30 pp buffet breakfast was great value - a variety of cooked, continental and fruits.

Cons (-) Sofa bed mattress was dreadful, my teenage son slept poorly. Lovely big king bed but its mattress was also disappointing but better than the sofa!
