Cons (-) Didn't make it easy for our 9pm check in. I don't consider this particularly late but there was no staff on duty and the process was a bit convoluted

Pros (+) The hotel is great, it's new and fresh and the room was spotless. The ensuite was bigger than expected and bigger than most others in a queen room.
Cons (-) If I had to pick something I'd say the couch that was in the room needs to go. It's old and looked like a cat had taken to it with its claws. The room wasn't big enough for it either.

Pros (+) I liked the modern facilities and the rooms were very smart. For the price paid and given the quality of the room and the distance out of the city CBD I feel the price paid was acceptable
Cons (-) Nothing really, maybe restaurant on site open in the evening or a hot breakfast included? However the cardinia club next door more than made up for it

Pros (+) I would have preferred to have the option of eggs beacon.... - only carb, sugar and processed food loaded breakfast available. If you are on a diet or diabetic, you have no options. Lady assisting was very nice though.
