I moved to Mercure Belconnen for three weeks while my home was repaired from water damage. I am elderly and cannot walk without a walker. All the staff at Mercure, housekeeping and front desk, were outstandingly kind, patient, helpful and efficient. The beds were comfy and it was quiet.
The chairs in the room weren’t that comfy and the breakfast was quite ordinary.
We were late for Breakfast, but the staff were very helpful and courteous

Proximity to skatepark, Accomodating staff and great facilities.
No designated smokers area for my nightly medicinal Cannabis.
access to the laundry in basement was v helpful
food at the Leagues club was pretty average
Accommodation nice and quiet, location close to Restaurants, good walks, parking easy to access & good value for money.
Excellent stay. Comfortable beds and well located near Belconnen shops and UC.
Parking should be free.
Very clean and fresh rooms
The room was perfect no issues at all- What we paid for was just reasonable. But accommodation was comfortable with spacious room and bed was clean.
Was disappointed that destination doesn't accommodate free parking rather you have to pay $15. I think that's not fair guests should have free parking to the venue. I was lucky I could park minutes metres away only because it was the weekend. But if it was weekdays not sure, that would have upset me.
