Hotel was very clean. Staff very friendly. Breakfast food good. Only a short walk to main town square. Underground parking very handy.
Breakfast a bit chaotic - everyone crammed into the same space to food and hot drinks - need to move something to stop people bumping into one another.
Room was comfortable, clean and quiet (I was courtyard side). Staff were friendly and attentive. Convenient location near railway station. Overall great value for money if visiting Arras. I would stay again.
If I’m being really picky - there were no power outlets near a mirror (the one in bathroom was for shavers only) so I had to use my hair straightener without a mirror. If that’s the only thing I can pick on you’re doing great :)

Carpet looked old, beds were very hard. Carpark not overly secure as it’s not totally for the hotel. Last year there was even a resident vagrant sleeping on level one! The food at the restaurant was absolutely shocking! Terrible. I had a burger, which I ate half of, then got a nasty smell, put it to my nose, and it smelt bad. So left the rest. The hotel was situated near the centre within easy access to bars, shops and restaurants. It was bright and airy and the rooms clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. The choice of fruit, cereals, nuts and seeds, yoghurts, bread, pastries as well as bacon, sausages and eggs was amazing. It was all fresh and very tasty. The car pack has direct access to the hotel. The breakfast was. Eautiful with lots of choice and beautifully prepared as was the restaurant dinner. The room was a good size and it had a bath. Good choice of hot drink sachets and bathroom amenities.
