Everything! Staff were brilliant - polite friendly super helpful Location - perfectly situated for a short vacation Room - junior suite - v comfortable clean nice size need (more coffee in room)
Sad that there wasn’t a pool but given it’s the old wall of the gothic area totally understandable - but everything else more than made up for this. Definitely would not stop me going back again and again
Loved the hotel. The room was lovely, bed was massive and very comfortable. Hotel is perfectly situated in the Gothic Quarter and close to everything. Staff were all lovely and couldn't help us enough. Also, restaurant recommendations were great. Breakfast was very nice, as was the bar and cocktail bar, but you'd expect this sort of quality at a 5-star hotel. The roof terrace was lovely too, altho...
Only little criticism was that bottled water wasn't free in the room. Have to pay for it from the mini bar.Read more
Our room (207) had only a very small window in the corner, only a very narrow cupboard (impossible dressed and coat) and no additional hangers available - we had to use the shower’s glass as hanger. The shower was unclean. After complaining to the head concierge (and asking booking to allow to change to another hotel) we got an upgrade to a junior suite (104) But as that shower did not work proper...Read more
Perfect location in the Gothic Quarter. It is an easy walk to the majority of visitor sites. The staff is very kind and extremely helpful. Our room was absolutely lovely and equipped with high end amenities. We had wine at the hotel bar and a lovely tapas meal at Le Bouchon.

We are return clients to this hotel. We have stayed her multiple times and it's always a wonderful experience. Located on a quiet side street in the Gothic, this is such a charming and magical place. The staff are always very helpful, professional and courteous.

Hotel room wasn’t what was represented by pictures. Going into the hotel room … the bathroom sink area was what you walked right into with sleeping area behind a partition separating areas.
