We recently stayed at this hotel, and it was an excellent experience! The hotel's location is fantastic, right across from the Black Sea, with the soothing sound of waves audible from the room. The room itself was a decent size with a comfortable bed, and the bathroom was spacious with high water pressure. The housekeeping staff did a great job, cleaning the room and providing new towels and fresh...

Perfect location for the seaside in Mangalia. Very nice staff and a very good restaurant with a varied menu (including the breakfast). There were live music events at the restaurant. The room was clean, larger than other rooms from the Mera Hotel in Venus. There were free parking spots next to the hotel.
In our bathroom there was a rusty radiator. It could use a refresh.
Very comfortable stay with pleasant and helpful staff, very warm room in the winter, nice breakfast choices. We got a room with a seaview and really enjoyed our time.
Nothing really, I would gladly stay again and recommend the hotel. But if I have to add something here, it would have been nice to have fresh juices instead of machine juices for breakfast.
Message for Management All the 3 employee that are serve the breakfast, lunch and dinner should change rapid their attitude. Their service is very bad, rude , their was no pleasure to have lunch at the hotel. During the autumn season is very cold into the room , you should fix that. The breakfast is quite simple comparing with a 4 start hotel.

Antique small TV with no option to connect a Chromecast. The double bed consists of two single mattresses, each with a dip in the middle. The bathroom, while fictional and clean, feels outdated.
Clean rooms, good food
Sea view rooms basically are tree view rooms because there is no sea to be seen from the window.
The staff was very kind. The location is very nice and the design of the building and interior also.
Poor overall maintenance ( limescale and rust in the bathroom) Only 2 overworked waiters for approximately 70 people on the terrace The food was disappointing
