The whole hotel and rooms were modern, comfy, inviting, spacious and elegant. Very comfy beds and beautiful bathroom facilities. The breakfast buffet was absolutely perfect, with a wonderful choice of everything and even a special table and section with gluten-free cereals, pancakes and bread. Large clean comfortable rooms. We used the 407 bus to go into the city and back- easy.
Breakfast was amazing, lots if choice and very generous portions. The staff were fantastic.
Good location, lovely room, friendly staff, v comfortable bed.
I received a noise complaint for watching TV from a neighbour. I thought it was a bit ridiculous as it wasn't loud, but I was woken by their alarm clock going off the next morning and could hear them on the phone clearly so the walls are not at all soundproof.
The staff were very friendly and went above and beyond to help. The room was brilliant and breakfast was very tasty
