I upgraded to "The Level" and nothing could be more perfect than this decision. The staff were super friendly and they took care of us so well. The room's facilities were also amazing and I loved everything.
I don't have anything to dislike.

Simply THE BEST Breakfast I've ever had in any hotel !!! I have experienced more than 200 hotels/accommodations around the world. Super experience !!! Highly recommended !!!
A little misunderstanding related to payment. There should be better reservation options in Booking related to breakfast. More clear options during online reservation - confusion between " breakfast included / breakfast available " ????!!!
I loved the view of Shwedagon from my room. The reception staff especially July and Ko Toe made sure my check out was quick and easy. The bell boy Zin Min went above and beyond to locate my sunglasses.Yee yee from housekeeping was also very polite and helpful. I had an issue with hot water running low later in the day, but it was resolved very promptly. The customer service at this hotel is wonder...
I would have liked a clock in the room. Also a light switch closer to the bed. But this was all trivial.Read more

I pay 110usd plus 60 usd for extra bed but the room air conditioning is not work properly I ask to repair and the staff come look not able to repair they just say it is ok and very very hot at night cannot not sleep well .
