Ambience was amazing. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant on the top floor was great. Swimming pool was very clean.
Staff were quite efficient , hotel has a good atmosphere, good view from bedroom, very good breakfast , liked the SKY BAR.
Hotel is clean but does not live up the standard of a FIVE STAR rated hotel, rooms and bathroom not maintained as such , though I must say , it was not dirty , just needs more attention to detail when cleaning the rooms and bathroom, FIVE STAR rated hotels are supposed to be sparkling clean, Didnot like the restaurant, on 23 rd floor, next to Sky Bar, very limited menu and terribly expenses. Lovely modern hotel in the centre of the city. The tallest building by a long way so great views. Fantastic staff throughout. Call out to Sua who oversees the restaurant and bar on the 34th floor, she was amazing. Great breakfast. And all great value!!!
The pool was lovely, but it seems that local children come to use it in the afternoons which is chaotic.
Very good hotel, lovely spacious rooms, nice sky bar. Will stay again when visiting my wife's family.
Minor points: The lifts at peak times were really bad. Waiting 15 minutes for a lift. If you advertise a facility as open, then have staff there for it to be open. We were at the pool bar which was advertised as opening at 9am but no staff there. Breakfast has a large selection for different tastes.
Lighting in the lifts very hard to see the numbers.
Rooms are clean
A lack of respect was shown by other visitors who failed to acknowledge the diversity of people from different backgrounds. They took pictures of us without our permission, which felt intrusive and disrespectful

I booked 'the level' which offered fast check in, snacks and drinks in the level lounge. This was all rather disappointing and not value for money that I have received at other hotel chains.
