Rooms are big and comfortable. Good value for money. Very good breakfast, with a lot of fresh choices. Good swimming pool. Great location, surrounded by many cafes and restaurants. The receptionist Dung is amazing and so is the reception manager. We got sick in Phong Nha and arrived at the Melia hotel unwell. Dung accompanied us to the hospital the next day as he speaks fluent English and was our translator. He was a literal lifesaver for me and my 8 year old daughter. And he even came back to the hospital In his own time outside of his shift to translate to help me get disc...

Room is very spacious and nicely appointed. The indoor swimming pool is very large and clean. There is also a very large jacuzzi with cool water. Hotel staff is very welcoming and helpful, especially Dung & Oanh at reception and the pool attendant.

Beautiful hotel, comfortable bed & spotless bathroom,Prime location,just in front of the riverside,next to Vincom Plaza & nearby so many restaurants, cafes spa ,staffs so helpful & excellent service , definitely will back again if visit Dong Hoi next time.
There weren't any electric sockets e the dressing table & no mini bar for electric kettle as well, so can't really enjoy tea/ coffee in the room.
We didn't book breakfast or eat in the restaurant but the coffee was excellent (5 stars). The staff were helpful and efficient when it came to organising transport and helping with laundry. The gym was reasonably good for a hotel and my friend said the pool was excellent.
I have no complaints.
The hotel is beautiful and our room was fantastic. It really feels like a 5 star hotel so did not disappoint in that respect. The view from our room was amazing and we slept really well. The staff are helpful and friendly. Breakfast is amazing with many things to choose from and a lovely environment in which to enjoy it.
Our main issue with the hotel was the restaurant and bar. We couldn't find any restaurant that we wanted to eat in nearby on our first night so we decided to try the hotel restaurant. Unfortunately there was a function on so the restaurant and Garbo bar were not open to us and we were advised to try room service. That was disappointing. Very modern, stylish and comfortable. Very nice little restaurants within a 2-min walk.
Lots of facilities with few people using them or staff attending them. Slow service despite minimal demand for these services. Laundry service was expensive and way above average, but it was delivered quickly.
We had a very pleasant stay at Melia Vinpearl. The rooms were modern, clean, and very comfortable. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our visit. Highly recommend for a relaxing and hassle-free stay.
5 star Hotel right by the Riverside. Staff are friendly and they provided complimentary use of the sauna and jacuzzi when the pool was undergoing maintenance.
