The staff very friendly and concierge helpful after I was waiting for 15 minutes for my driver. Spa was wonderful, pool the perfect temperature.
No response to get help with bags when leaving, had to carry my bags to the cab rank. They also had no usb ports on the room, so my phone died. The pool change area needs hooks and benches for changing. Breakfast was a bit dry and flavorless, but I could eat it. Construction site 24 below.
Perfect, most my favorite foods.
The breakfast was excellent with a great choice of food, also the Spa was excellent
The facilities of this hotel are 10/10. The pool area is incredible with a reasonably priced bar, the room was large and the views from the hotel are amazing. I did like this hotel but there a couple of reasons why I didn’t rate it 10/10. If it was facilities alone and the room size and comfort it would get 10/10. My reason for awarding 8 is because it’s the last place we stayed in Vietnam and was by far the most expensive, but the quality wasn’t actually any better than cheaper hotels we had stayed in really. The public areas are impressive
Very mediocre hotel. Our arrival was chaotic and despite having a lot of luggage there was little to no support available. The rooms are very dated and not well maintained. There was a large amount of dust in our room, stains on walls, and it smelled of cigarettes. Good choice for breakfast but tables were not cleared and it felt frantic.
The pool amd pool staff were amazing. Breakfast had a lot of variety. The bed was comfortable and room was spacious.

Absolutely amazing hotel. Staff were so friendly and engaged in conversation with you. The pool bar was excellent, happy hour was properly done "Buy 1 get 1 free" and you have a lot of choice. The only thing that was not mentioned is that there is building site going on next door. It could be noisy but that is not the hotels fault. But maybe guests could be informed of this before booking. Even with that I would still stay in this hotel.Read more
The staff were friendly and welcoming. Really happy to answer your queries and there was always something present to help. The pool area is amazing as it had both indoor and outdoor options. We stayed in a family suite with the bunk bed and king bed and it was very spacious. Water pressure was decent. We had a kitchen in our room but I do wonder about the purpose of the kitchen as there wasn't any utensils provided to use the facilities anyway? Also the mini bar fridge was not cold at all. But other than that, I was really happy with the hotel. Would stay here again for sureRead more

Amazing view! We booked a jr suite but because there was construction going on , they upgraded us to a 1 bedroom panoramic view room! Staff was so friendly and helpful. Gym was amazing. Location was great too. We were able to walk to the dragon bridge for the Fire and Water show. There was a small mall right behind it. Amazing complimentary drink in the lobby.
