The only small downside, if we can call it that, was the absence of slippers and bathrobes – they would have been useful, especially after a shower. Other than that, everything was perfect. We truly have no complaints about our stay. The only small detail: we didn’t find slippers or bathrobes in the room. It might have been just a one-time oversight, but they would be useful additions. We’ll definitely come back!Read more

Very clean. Food was great with plenty alternatives. The staff did a great job. Beach is close, sand is great.
Pool water was cold for our taste, including the inside one (although better than outside). Kids pool (they have three or four, the one with running water at least) was not heated.
The property was great! Great location in Sunny Beach, amazing rooms and staff, a wide choice of restaurants within the resort. I didn’t really like that their private beach a bit far from the hotel itself, but not that bad.. 10 min walk max!
Unfortunately, myself and my husband (and other people too from what I could see), got food poisoning and I ended up at the hospital (along with other people from the resort). BUT, the staff and the manager were amazing and understood we wanted to check out 2 days prior our official check out date, and managed to get a refund for the 2 nights, which was exceptional! Excellent service, especially given high number of visitors during the season. All areas are clean, variety of food and non alcoholic beverages, I counted 7 pools (one indoor), during the season it was crowded, but possible to find sunbeds near the pool or on the beach (sometimes it took time though). Location
People from parking security was rough from our arrival. Same food everyday and every time was extremely busy. The restaurants are not cleaned properly. Example: the floor was always dirty and sticky. They never changed the bed linen during our stay or any use of vacuum cleaner in the room.
