A bit long to get there
The hotel was situated in a quiet environment away from the city. The staff was helpful and attentive. The food from their restaurant was so good and they provided a good portion.
Beautiful mountain view room with stunning balcony. Clean rooms, comfortable beds. Kids enjoyed the pool. We had nice breakfast and really tasty dinner. The staff really went out of their way for us and we greatly appreciate it.

The hotel is at a quiet place outside the loud city. The staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are big and with AC.
Bathroom sometimes smells. The menu sounds good, but they just got a few meals available. Pool is very cold and a bit old not like the picture. Everything is a bit old. That's OK, but the pictures look different.
The location of the property
The property sits in a prime location up in the mountain. However, due to years of negligence, the building and the surrounding shows aging. There are three staff members who works roughly 18-19 hour shifts daily, therefore the customer service fell a little short and you can see how much they were struggling to cope with the hectic environment.
