Pros (+) The location is great, with parking available and plenty of nearby parking as well. The room is clean and comfortable, with a large balcony. The front desk staff are friendly and polite. I had a very pleasant day—it’s peaceful despite being in a busy area, and also very quiet. There’s also a beautiful outdoor swimming pool. Overall, it was an excellent experience.

Pros (+) Convenient location to Queen Victoria Market, walking distance to the free tram zone either Docklands or Spencer Ctr. There's a Aroma Corner Cafe which serves very good coffee. Both room & bathroom were well kept, spacious, bed's comfy, lots of Aussie plug with USB
Cons (-) Pillows were too "flat/soft" to our liking, keep flushing the coffee maker but still filled with filth therefore we didn't use it.
