Beautiful facilities - from the lobby to the spa/ pool area to the rooms. The staff was exceptionally kind and willing to go out of their way to help with any questions we had. The main desk also offered us complimentary breakfast.
Location, though not its fault. It was located next to a busy highway so we had to keep the windows closed. Also it was a 10 minute walk to the metro, which isn’t terrible but wish there were easier routes to get to the city center.
Everything was perfect, my fourth time here and wouldn’t change
The location, facilities and spar were excellent. The food was reasonable priced as well.

I found the room a bit small, and the Tv had a bug, switched on by itself and stay switched in the middle of the night
